We want the building of your new home to be exciting and easy, not a chore.

Many times it’s as simple as an encounter at a local restaurant or a meeting at your house to get the ball rolling. It starts with building a trusting relationship. During this time you can get to know us and explore our expertise and experience. We spend time understanding what your goals are and what you need to achieve them.
Some customers have their own plans ready to go and others would prefer working with our team of professionals to design their dream home. No matter what route you choose, our team guides you through every step of the way. We take our customers thoughts and design initiatives serious and value their input. It’s through this input that we are able to come up with a plan that suits their needs.
Our pricing its all inclusive with no hidden fees. The best part of the process is there are no guessing games. All pricing is as upfront as possible. Your costs are determined at each stage of your home design, keeping you close to your budget with no surprises in the end. This allows all our clients to remain in their comfort zone during the building process for a truly enjoyable experience.
Once we have an agreement on the Construction Drawings and Tender price, we prepare the Home Building Contract and other required documents. We organise a time where all required documents are signed and any questions that you might have can be asked. Upon receiving the Home Owner’s Warranty Insurance Certificate for your home, we will request payment of a 5% deposit of the contract price.
We prepare and submit all plans and documentation to council and all relevant regulatory service authorities on your behalf. Once your plans are approved, we conduct a review of all DA conditions relating to the construction of your home. At this stage, you choose all your fixtures and finishes. You meet with our consultants for design, colour and electrical as well as other preferred consultants, trades and suppliers.
Our team of professionals take the building of your home very seriously. George is personally on site to assure quality workmanship and the project is kept on schedule. We will have regular meetings with you during this time to make sure you are satisfied and your vision is coming to life. Along this stage there will be a building milestones where we will submit progress claims for payment. These timings and payments will be clearly communicated before we start building.
Your home is almost ready to move in to. In this phase you see your future home in the finishing stage, we conduct our quality checks to ensure the home is complete to our high standard. We also do a “practical completion walk through” with you. This is your opportunity to ensure you are completely satisfied with your new home. Any areas that need rectifying will be completed before hand over.
George will present to you the keys to your brand new custom home as well as hand over documentation and certificates. This is also where components of the house are explained and demonstrated like the A/C or intercom.
At Liberty Building Contractors we take pride and stand by our finished product. You will have a 90 day maintenance period to address any details that may require attention. This will involve access to trades and suppliers to ensure your home is maintained well above your expected level.
